My Take:

The reason I have been taping my mouth as I sleep, breathe explains all about the physiological effects of breathing, and how we breathe, on the body and mind from the cellular level up. Unsurprisingly, a good bit of attention is focused on yoga techniques. This doesn't replace modern medicine, it demonstrates what a valuable tool conscious breathing is on the human engine. The book also includes practical tips and exercises for incorporating mindful breathing into one's daily routine.
